His work ranges from public buildings and spaces such as hotels, showroom, exhibit and retail spaces as well as private high-end residences both in Israel and abroad. Apart from a very successful design studio, for 9 years Alex has served as a senior lecturer at Israel’s leading schools of architecture and design including the Bezalel Academy. In addition, Alex was the curator of the Periscope gallery for Israeli Industrial Design. In 2006 Alex Meitlis was awarded the Outstanding Designer of the Year award in Israel. In 2007 he was awarded by “Binyan veDiyur” magazine the most influential interior designer of the year in Israel award. The studio includes twelve professional architects and designers. We are proud in our passion and ability to constantly reinvent ourselves, avoiding a specialization in one field.
