This was a truly unique request… to design a one-of-a-kind industrial strength security door.
The brief called for a retro Rockabilly Western style cowgirl wielding a whip. The door had to have an ‘enter if you dare’ attitude to reflect it’s purpose.
Aside from the usual design process, which required hand drawn development sketches and a final scale working drawing.
The job also had to fulfill security specs, had a site measure and consultation with a welding engineer to take the door to production.
