In 2009 CEO and founder Kim Seeling Smith started Ignite Global after deciding that instead of being paid to put bums in seats (working as a recruiter for the 15 years prior to that) she wanted to help organisations keep the right bums in the right seats (recognising that this starts with hiring the right people).

Toot Toot Design managed a complete reskin and redesign from an existing yet dated WordPress site to a fresh template driven site. The new site had a functionality upgrade with a focus on video and reviving the news blog, along with integration with sister sites and social media. The project called for a redesign and refreshed look and feel – Bold. Confident. Trusted.
